Another picture of my made-up twili character, Ruby.
She's standing out on some sort of porch, with twili railings. Her sword, is a family heirloom, which she earned from her parents will, when they died. Poor Ruby...
Please don't be harsh about my work, I'm kind of a novice at drawing...But if you have any areas of improvement, feel free to comment!
Enjoy!
Really nice job with the design of both Ruby and the sword. Very creative design actually. Was her outfit inspired by Zant's clothes? They really look like a female version of his outfit which is totally awesome! My only thought to this picture is the fingers maybe would look better rounded off at the tips, then again hands and fingers are hard to draw! I adore the simple cartoon like style you have too, really adds to to it. Your expression for Ruby came out pretty well too! With eyes like that it's hard to portray that kind of emotion. I've had the toughest time giving my little girl, Iri, expressions because of her eyes.
Again really nice job! Keep up the awesome art!

thanks a lot, and yes, Ruby's clothes were inspired by Zant, I just think hes a awesome character! THANK GOD you understand how hard it is drawing hands! thanks for the comment!!
Haha I fully agree. I love how he's not stereotypical in the fact he's not some dark villain with no emotions other than anger and hatred.
Pretty awesome though that you based the clothes around his. I admit I did similar in one of my pixels of my twili OC Iri. Though I was going for the outfit to actually remind people of his intentionally, since in my fanfic and universe, Iri's his daughter.
And oh I know from experience how hard hands are. >.< I always hide them away somehow (usually oversized clothes or behind the back) if I can Hands I draw are always very deformed. They don't even LOOK like hands! But you did pretty good in your picture. It looks to come across more as your style than anything.

Iri his daughter?! cool and i also hide my characters hands around the back or under sleeves, but I thought I would try and draw the hands this time. And I have to say that Zant is probably the best villain I've seen in a long time!! Thanks for the comments!
I would love to make a sprite of your character! I can't promise it will be done soon though, because I've got the flu and I have TONS of school work to make up, but I'll post it and let you know as soon as I am done! thank you for asking!
